Track & Field and Games
Do you like to run, jump and be active? Are you familiar with Track and Field? Join this week-long Track & Field session. This program is designed to introduce your athlete to the fundamentals of sprinting, relays, mid-distance running, hurdles, long jump, javelin and more. This training program was developed with a strong emphasis on having fun and exploring your child’s athleticism. At the end of each day we will play some fun and team building games. The program culminates with an inter-squad Track and Field meet you won’t want to miss!
When: June 24-28
Time: 9 AM -2 PM (please bring lunch, water and snack)
Price: $165 - Full session
Price until 12 PM: $145
Open to 20 athletes
 
         Overview of day:
         9 AM - greetings
         9:15  - warm up and stretches
         9:40 - Event specific (water break as needed)
        10:50 - Snack
        11:10 - Event specific 
        12:00 - Lunch
        12:30 - Games
         1:30 - Cool Down and stretches
         2:00 PM - Athlete pick up
