PHOTOGRAPHY WALKS RIGHT HERE IN TOWN!

Whether you are new or experienced come learn about how to shoot nature related photographs and scenery with clever twist! Our photography walks are a great way to get moving, bring out your creative side, while offering a sense of stress relief too! Our goal for these walks is to help guide with shots, offer tips on camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, etc.) and more! In addition our class is a fantastic opportunity to practice shooting to help YOU become better photographer.

Not interested in photography? That's okay! Feel free to still register! These organized walks are a perfect way to get some daily steps in and meet new people. Please just note that photography will be the topic along the way and frequent stops may be made!

4 walks in June once a week on Thursday evenings.

Time: 6:00PM-7:00PM.
Cost: Only $16 total (breakdown of $4/week) for residents.

Bring your own digital camera or smart phone. 
 
Open to ALL ages!

Please note each week the location of the walk changes as seen below. Reminder emails will be sent each week with details to the email you register under for this program. 

Walk Locations:
- Airline Trail (Cranberry Bog entrance)
- Sears Park
- Center of Town
- Salmon River

*Program is dependant upon weather and if cancellation/reschedule is needed it will be on a week to week basis.

Meet Alex: I am a photographer who is inspired by the challenge of photography and I am always trying to push the limits of photography.  I really got into photography about 3 years ago when I went on a cruise with my family and tried my Mother’s camera. Since then I haven't put the camera down. I love to push myself and improve my skills of photography every day. 

Meet Maddi: I have been doing photography for about 5 years now since freshman year high school when I took my first photography class and fell in love with it. I now go to college for digital art and hope to find a way to incorporate photography into my job one day. I love finding new ways to make a shoot unique and interesting and learning more and more about photography every day.

This program is operating in accordance with all Covid-19 regulations and guidelines.  
All participants must have the attached Covid-19 Waiver on file with us before attending the program.
