Attitude of Gratitude Camp

Gratitude is a muscle - practicing makes it stronger! Begin each day with age appropriate mantra setting, guided meditation and yoga practice, stories about gratitude & courage, journaling prompts and crafts. Children will also learn basic yoga lingo, breathing exercises and how to set long and short term goals. Journals will be provided by the instructor. Please apply sunscreen before camp. Children should bring a water bottle, snack and towel/yoga mat for outdoor use.
