Middle School Sun and Fun Camp

Sun and Fun Camp is an eight-week day camp based out of Center School, Sears Park and alternate locations. An alternative location will be used on days where we are expecting bad weather, and this may effect pickup times. Pickup and drop off locations will be communicated to parents in advance.
Much like the Sears Park Summer camp that a lot of campers are used to, activities such as crafts, sports, and games are offered each week. Each week there will be a special theme, field trip, or special guest. Swimming is fully supervised by our ARC Certified Lifeguards and camp staff. The camp staff is CPR/First Aid Certified. Participants can sign up for one week at a time or for all eight sessions. Campers should bring a lunch, snacks, drinks, water bottle, sunblock, swimsuit, and towel. Everything should be labeled with the camper’s name. A backpack is recommended. Please leave all electronics at home.

Weekly tuition: $195
Week of July 5 – July 8 (no camp July 4) - $160

Cost includes all field trips and special guests. Each week includes either a field trip or special guest that comes to camp. Some weeks even have both!!

Field trips will be posted as they are finalized. Trips will include Brownstone, The Beach and many other fun favorites.
Payment for the first week of camp, plus a $25 per child per week non-refundable deposit is required to enroll if you are not able to pay the full cost up front.
You will not be enrolled in camp until these deposits are received. Tuition is due by Wednesday for the following week. Field trip costs are included with tuition.
Pickup and Drop-off procedures are conducted in front of Center School or in the upper parking lot at Sears Park depending on that day's location. Pull into the lot and staff will meet you at your vehicle for dropoff and pickup. Parents should not exit the vehicle.
Drop off for normal camp hours will be between 8:00 and 8:30
Pickup for normal camp hours will be between 3:30 and 4:00.
If you need to pick up or drop off outside of those hours send a text to 860-367-5429 and we will be ready for your child to arrive or to send them for pickup. Parents are not allowed in the pavilion at pickup or drop-off.
Camp 3 strikes policy:
A strike is issued to a participant for inappropriate behavior (i.e. Physical contact, fights, or foul language) as determined by the program instructor. After three strikes are issued the participant will be asked to leave the program permanently, no refunds will be issued.
