VENDORS:
- Open to all local crafters, artists, cottage food operators & caterers.
- Each vendor will be allowed a 10'x10' space. A full 10' x 10' area cannot be guaranteed for late registrations.
- No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted on the premises.
- 7' & 8' tables can be provided, if needed. (Limited quantity)
- All food vendors must submit proof of a valid food license by emailing copy toamaynard@easthamptonct.gov
- The East Hampton Parks and Recreation Department may decline participation if products, services, or promotional materials are deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly, all-ages event, or if they are too similar to what other vendors are offering. The goal is to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and diverse experience for everyone. Decisions on suitability and variety are at the sole discretion of the Department.
