This program will serve as an introduction to running tips and techniques as well as a fun way to get some exercise for participants from grades K-8.  Kids should wear comfortable clothes, sneakers, and bring a water bottle.  All participants will get running rewards as they progress. Each night for the 3 weeks will have a different THEME that kids will be asked to participate in. 
All skill levels are encouraged to register!
Each week we will meet at the East Hampton High School Track.
